1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and WasherMan governing the use of all services offered by the company, including but not limited to car cleaning, home cleaning, and cloth cleaning services. By accessing, browsing, or booking any service through our platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in their entirety. These terms apply universally to all customers regardless of the method of booking, whether through website, phone, or any third-party platform. WasherMan reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the user to stay informed about such changes. Continued use of the services after modifications shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. If the user disagrees with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

WasherMan offers a comprehensive range of cleaning services designed to meet the diverse needs of customers, including exterior and interior car cleaning, residential and commercial home cleaning, and laundry services such as washing, ironing, and dry cleaning. Each service is delivered as per the selected package, and the exact scope, inclusions, and exclusions are communicated clearly at the time of booking. While WasherMan strives to deliver high-quality and satisfactory results, outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the items or premises being serviced. The company reserves the right to enhance, reduce, modify, or discontinue any service offering based on operational feasibility, demand, or other business considerations without prior notice. All services are subject to availability and may be limited based on geographic location and workforce availability.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete details at the time of booking, including but not limited to service address, contact information, preferred date and time, and specific service requirements. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the service, for which WasherMan shall not be held responsible. Scheduling of services is dependent on operational capacity, workforce availability, and external conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen disruptions. WasherMan reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booking due to such factors while making reasonable efforts to inform the customer in advance. Customers are expected to be available at the scheduled time to facilitate smooth service delivery.

4. Pricing & Payments

All service prices are communicated transparently at the time of booking and are subject to change based on factors such as service complexity, location, time requirements, and additional customer requests. Any extra services or extended work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before execution. Payments can be made through various accepted methods including online payment gateways, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services and restriction on future bookings. WasherMan reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of payment disputes or fraudulent transactions.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule their bookings at least two hours prior to the scheduled service time without any penalty. Cancellations made after this period may attract cancellation charges or may not be eligible for a refund. Once the service team has been dispatched or the service has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued. In cases where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method. Customers are encouraged to report any dissatisfaction or issues within two hours of service completion to enable timely resolution. Refund decisions shall be at the sole discretion of WasherMan after proper evaluation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service location is accessible, safe, and equipped with necessary utilities such as water and electricity. For car cleaning services, adequate parking space and access to the vehicle must be provided. For home cleaning, customers must ensure a secure environment for the service staff and safeguard any valuable or fragile items prior to service commencement. WasherMan shall not be liable for delays, incomplete services, or damages arising due to lack of required facilities or unsafe conditions. Customers are also expected to cooperate with the service team to ensure smooth execution of the work.

7. Service Limitations

While WasherMan is committed to delivering high-quality services, certain limitations may apply depending on the condition of the item or area being serviced. Deep stains, permanent marks, structural damages, or long-term wear and tear may not be completely reversible. The effectiveness of cleaning services depends on various factors including material type, age, and environmental conditions. WasherMan does not guarantee complete restoration in all cases and shall not be held liable for unmet expectations where limitations are clearly evident.

8. Damage & Liability

WasherMan takes utmost care in handling customer property during service delivery; however, the company shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages or defects. Customers must inform the service team of any known issues prior to commencement. Any claims for damages must be reported within two hours of service completion along with valid proof. In any case, the liability of WasherMan shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question and shall not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

WasherMan shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in service performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures. In such cases, services may be rescheduled or canceled without any liability.

10. Privacy Policy

WasherMan is committed to protecting customer privacy and ensuring that personal data such as name, address, and contact details are used solely for service-related purposes. The company does not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent except where required by law. Customers agree to the collection and use of their information as per the privacy practices outlined.
